Job description

The LEO Infrastructure Finance team is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support business and finance teams, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role will encompass core financial planning cycles including Month-End Close, Quarterly Guidance forecasts, and Annual Operating Plans as well as ongoing controllership. This is a highly visible role within the LEO Infrastructure business team and a strong opportunity for candidates seeking a meaningful challenge and a place to make their mark.

Key stakeholders include LEO central FP&A, business finance, accounting, and business operations teams.
The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. This role requires a self-starter who can work efficiently and autonomously, think and act both strategically and tactically, and manage multiple competing priorities with confidence. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining measures of business effectiveness, building innovative solutions leveraging large-scale data tools, and identifying high-priority opportunities to deliver value for key stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Lead month end, quarterly, annual operating financial planning working cross functionally with various teams, including business finance, accounting, and business operations.
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, implement best practices and deliver automation throughout month-end close and financial planning cycles.
Analyze complex financial data and provide accurate and timely reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Support the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Assist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Deliver detailed variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and effectively communicate results to senior leadership in order to influence tactical and strategic business decisions.
Develop financial models for new business concepts and resulting financial impact to help drive data driven decision making.
Work with big data and transforming it into insights and information.
Participate in Finance initiatives, including but not limited to process improvements, ad hoc analyses, and preparation of periodic reporting activities.
