The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Lead Financial Analyst - Mobile, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial forecasting and performance management for sales of our innovative Adobe Mobile Apps. This is an outstanding chance to collaborate with a world-class team, using your deep financial analysis and business partnership skills to drive meaningful growth in the Mobile business. Your meticulous attention to detail will help us achieve flawless execution in facilitating creativity for all!

What you'll Do

  • Own financial forecasting and performance reporting for Adobe Mobile Apps
  • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships and communication channels with GTM, Media, and Product teams
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making in our highest-growth apps
  • Maintain careful accuracy in all financial projections with data to back it up

What you need to succeed

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business
  • Demonstrated skill in financial analysis combined with critical thinking
  • Outstanding business partnership and communication skills
  • High level of comfort driving decisions with executive teams and presenting to senior leadership
  • Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience, or certifications in Finance or Accounting

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $128,700 -- $243,850 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $168,400 - $243,850 In New York, the pay range for this position is $168,400 - $243,850

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
