Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and performance metrics toidentifytrends and insights
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to product and business stakeholders
  • Assistin defining product KPIs and success metrics
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by helping design analysis plans and interpret results
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Data teams
  • Help document product requirements, user stories, and feature outcomes
  • Conduct market, customer, or competitive research as needed
  • Support ongoing product planning and prioritization activities
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
