Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Assistant to join a growing Financial Services Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success by maintaining a professional and well-organized work environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all materials and matters.
  • Working directly with clients and advisors by email, letter, or telephone
  • Update and maintain in-house and back-office systems
  • Complete, prepare, or assist in the preparation of a variety of data, including statistical data and charts.
  • Write, edit and proofread correspondence, memoranda and reports as directed.
  • Manage files and documents.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Create communications and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.



Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated administrative experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong excel
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous grammar and tons of creativity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
  • An extraordinary ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
