Job description

Position Summary

The MBA Finance Associates (FA) Program is a full-time, two-year rotational program. Finance Associates complete 4 six-month rotations to build breadth of finance experience across the company (Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Treasury, and Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis). Rotations may include developing operating budgets, R&D portfolio allocations, forecasting for developmental compounds, analyzing operating performance, evaluating returns on capital expenditures, and supporting brand P&L and growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Complete four 6-month finance rotations across multiple Finance functions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, operating performance analysis, and capital expenditure return evaluation
  • Partner with marketing on brand P&L oversight and business growth strategy (if assigned)
Qualifications & Experience (Required/Preferred)
  • MBA expected during the current school year, graduating by Spring 2027
  • 3–5 years’ work experience
  • Strong intellectual, financial, and analytical skills; ability to learn complex concepts quickly
  • Proven communication skills; adapt messages to different audiences
  • Ability to influence others; work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Leadership potential; commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
  • Superior financial modeling skills in Excel; ability to learn financial/accounting software
  • Strong time management; ability to work autonomously and in teams
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at hire and throughout employment; visa sponsorship not available
