Responsibilities for Collections Manager:

  • Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
  • Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
  • Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
  • Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
  • Help ensure branch compliance
  • Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Requirements for Collections Manager:

  • First-party consumer collections management
