This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager - Filtration leads the strategy, growth, and performance of Electrolux's North American Filtration business, a $100M+ category with strong growth potential. This role owns full P&L responsibility and defines a multiyear strategic roadmap to drive revenue, profitability, and category leadership.

Working closely with CDI, Major Appliance, and Consumer Journey teams, this leader translates consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics into actionable product and gotomarket strategies. The role is highly visible and externally facing, representing Electrolux as a thought leader within the water filtration space while ensuring execution excellence across product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P&L performance for the filtration portfolio, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization

  • Develop and execute a 3-5 year product strategy and roadmap based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis

  • Lead new product development and commercialization, ensuring strong business cases, ontime delivery, and effective phasein/phaseout management

  • Partner with sales teams to lead product line reviews, including customer presentations, pricing strategies, and channel execution

  • Collaborate with sourcing and operations teams to achieve cost targets and ensure supply chain alignment

  • Work with Consumer Journey teams to develop and expand subscriptionbased models and recurring revenue streams

  • Participate in strategic and annual business planning to optimize overall category performance

  • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and brand expectations through partnership with R&D and Quality teams

  • Monitor market dynamics, including pricing, channels, competition, and consumer behavior, and translate insights into strategic actions

  • Represent Electrolux externally with industry groups and regulatory bodies to strengthen thought leadership in filtration

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or consumer goods

  • Strong experience in P&L ownership, financial analysis, and business case development

  • Proven track record of driving product strategy, commercialization, and growth initiatives

  • Experience with subscription or recurring revenue models preferred

  • Knowledge of water filtration, water treatment, or related technologies preferred

  • Strong ability to influence crossfunctional teams and drive alignment in a matrixed organization

  • Willingness to travel as needed
