Paramount Global, a leading global media and entertainment company, is seeking a Second Assistant to a Corporate Executive. This position plays a vital role in ensuring organizational effectiveness at the highest level. The position requires managing complex schedules, organizing global travel, scheduling executive meetings, and acting as a critical communication hub. Key success factors include advanced time management, strong communication skills, problem-solving, empathy, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. The Executive Assistant also helps coordinate across leadership teams, supports meeting preparation and follow-up, and maintains confidentiality, enabling the Executive to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

โ€ข Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.

โ€ข Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings.

โ€ข Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and respond or delegate as appropriate.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

โ€ข Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

โ€ข Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership teams as needed.

Confidentiality & Discretion

โ€ข Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

โ€ข Exercise sound judgment in all communications and decision-making.

Office & Administrative Support

โ€ข Ensure the Executive's office runs smoothly and is equipped for daily operations.

โ€ข Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions as needed.

โ€ข Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

โ€ข 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within large, complex organizations.

โ€ข Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

โ€ข Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

โ€ข Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).

โ€ข Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.

โ€ข High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

โ€ข Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 65,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
