  • Own employer-level file integration projects, ensuring accurate documentation of milestones and timely progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work with employers to resolve and resubmit rejected records and files for incoming and existing files.
  • Manage assigned departmental internal ticketing queue to ensure successful resolution within SLA targets.
  • Identify recurring problems, operational waste, and/or automation opportunities and share with team leader.
  • Monitor file quality trends and assist in the development of best practices or training materials to reduce recurring errors.

Essential Skills For Creating A Lasting Impact

  • Abilities: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Copilot a plus. Comfortable with file transfer processes (e.g., sFTP), large data sets, and project management methodologies (PMBOK). Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-focused with strong judgment and deadline management. Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies beneficial.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in data file management, employer group support, benefits administration, or related operations. Background in health insurance or consumer-directed products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs) preferred. Proven experience collaborating with clients, third-party administrators, or vendors to resolve issues.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Location: 25% Hybrid in Maitland, FL or Milwaukee, WI

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position's compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range:

$53,000.00 - $90,400.00
