Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience required
  • Experience supporting matters involving foreclosure, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, real estate disputes, or related litigation strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare legal filings, motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and case-related documentation
  • Knowledge of court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation workflows in state and federal courts
  • Experience managing multiple active cases and coordinating deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Familiarity with mortgage, title, or loan-related documentation is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Experience working with litigation tracking and document management platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
