Job description

Summary- As the Title Clerk for our dealership, you will be responsible for efficiently processing vehicle title documentation and other paperwork processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.


Core Responsibilities- Collaborating closely with the sales and finance teams, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless title transfers and supporting the overall administrative processes of our dealership.


This position may be required to:
NYSI Log-Keep track of NYSI Report and any VOIDED Inspection Stickers
Dealer Plates-Keep track and audit Dealership Dealer Plates
New Plates-Issue to customers purchasing a vehicle and inventory.
Surrender Plates-Surrender Plates for customers and cut in ½ (Submit to DMV)
Stock In Vehicles New/Used-Assigned Stock #’s to incoming Vehicles • Manuals-Keep locked and assigned by Stock#
Stock Tags-New and Used
MSO/Titles-Keep inventory of MSO for NEW incoming Vehicles and Titles for Used Vehicles
Dealer Purchased Vehicles-Titles, registrations and Insurance Cards up to date.
Bill out Deals-Prepare paperwork for Delivery.
Forms/Contracts-Making sure we have and reorder if needed.
New/Used Packets-Create packets with Forms needed for New or Used Car purchases.
Tear Downs-DMV paperwork and FILE
Dealer Trades-Process paperwork, pull manual, vehicle check sheet and Stock In incoming unit.
