Position Summary

The File Clerk (Temporary) is responsible for organizing, scanning, and maintaining paper and electronic records. This role supports document management processes by ensuring files are accurately digitized, indexed, and stored.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and sort paper files according to established systems and guidelines
  • Prepare documents for scanning (e.g., removing staples, arranging pages)
  • Scan physical documents and upload them into designated electronic systems
  • Ensure accurate labeling, indexing, and filing of digital records
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Perform basic data entry and quality checks to ensure accuracy of scanned files
