About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Life Consultants Inc. in Chesapeake, VA. This role will provide crucial support to our team and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Revenue Cycling
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping & billing tasks, preferably in medical billing
  • Answering phone to support our referral sources, clients and medical providers

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is required
  • Experience in medical billing, and working with health insurances (specifically Medicaid) is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
