Position Overview
D2 Government Solutions is seeking a reliable and customerโ€‘focused Administrative Support Specialist to provide receptionist coverage, mail and file management, conference room support, and general office assistance. This role serves as a primary point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations and professional frontโ€‘office service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Collect, sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain accurate mailing logs, receipt records, and shipping documentation
  • Support the preparation and shipment of packages, letters, and related materials
  • Schedule meetings and welcome visitors, including highโ€‘level guests
  • Draft, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with conference and training room setup, organization, and upkeep
  • Perform filing, data entry, customer service, and general office support tasks
Minimum Qualifications
