Records & File Assistant (Law Firm)
Location: Brandon, FL
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
Scan, copy, and file legal documents
Assist paralegals with administrative and clerical tasks
Prepare and organize case materials
Update information in office systems and spreadsheets
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable and able to manage routine administrative tasks
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Professional communication skills
