At Chick-fil-A Westbury, the Team Leader role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. We are currently seeking a Team Leader to add to our Leadership team. We are looking for hard-working individuals who thrive in a fast-paced positive environment. 5 days per week with a focus on high volume times - Lunches and Dinners are required. Fridays and Saturdays are required.

Your Role on our Team:

· Acts as a role model and leader in the restaurant, setting a tone for team work and encourage others to do the same by being high

energy, positive, tolerant, kind, and open to new ideas. 

· Works alongside Team Members in all areas, ensuring speed and accuracy, while maintaining food quality and safety. Provides coaching and feedback in a way that is constructive and positive and in line with restaurant goals.

· Collaborates with other Leaders when planning shifts to ensure all policies and procedures are followed and tasks are

completed for the shift, setting up the next shift for success.

· Collaborates with HR and Talent Directors for the planning of all shifts ensuring schedule, setup, and leadership is in place and we are appropriately staffed. 

· Collaborates with the Training Manager to ensure continual training, development, and recognition of our team members.

· Consistently reviews reports and metrics, always looking for and recommending improvement to the operation and our people.

· Is in constant communication with other restaurant leaders - working toward common restaurant goals and enabling each other's success.

· Develops junior leaders in line with restaurant leader development plan. Provides feedback in a way that is constructive and positive and in line with restaurant goals.

· Point of accountability for Excellent Customer Experience in the restaurant, reviewing key metrics in this area, adhering to strict checklists/procedures, using standard tools, and always working towards continuous improvement.

· Point of accountability for audits and follow up items to maintain the highest scores. Work with leaders and team members to ensure standards are always met.

· Point of accountability for Restaurant operations and its equipment, overseeing shift leaders and team members in their daily tasks and working alongside them to make them better.

· Solves Problems – serves as an escalation point for our team.

· Works within the Chick-fil-A community to receive training and learn the culture of care; looks for opportunities for connections with other restaurants and corporate for related items.
