We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Director to lead the daily operations of one of our Chick-fil-A restaurants. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who wants to lead a high-performing team while gaining experience operating a multi-million dollar business.

You will partner closely with the Owner/Operator and executive leadership team to drive results, develop leaders, and maintain operational excellence.
