Position Summary
The Fire Alarm Technician is responsible for installing, programming, testing, and maintaining fire alarm systems. This role supports projects that ensure safety and compliance in commercial and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, program, test, and commission fire alarm systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project success
  • Work independently or collaboratively depending on project needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures
  • Take on additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience with commercial or industrial fire alarm systems
  • Experience with Fike or Potter systems preferred
  • Programming experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet background requirements
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Pay Range: $18 - $35 per hour (based on experience and education)
