Employees may work on designing safety products, overseeing production processes, or supporting clients with installation and maintenance. Fike jobs require a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety standards. The company values innovation and often seeks professionals with backgrounds in engineering, technology, or industrial safety.

What are some common challenges faced by Fike engineers in designing and implementing fire protection systems?

Fike engineers often encounter challenges such as ensuring compliance with constantly evolving fire safety codes, customizing systems for diverse facility layouts, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders including architects, contractors, and local authorities.
