Job description

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Field Supervisor with a strong background in security or military experience. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the field and prior management experience. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations in various locations, with up to 50% travel required outside Nevada markets. This role requires an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage field operations across various locations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits
  • Provide leadership and support to on-site teams
  • Report on project status, including any challenges or risks
  • Maintain high standards of safety and security

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of security or military experience with prior management experience
