Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with C-UAS systems or similar Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) FSR roles that can support ATSC programs in multiple roles while being trained to assume a greater role within ATSC programs. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Technical Writer and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.

ESSENTIALRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals. Receive training as a Field Service Representative (FSR).
  • Receivetrainingintechnicalareassuchaselectricalsystems,communications,radio,cameras,ITnetworking,vehicles,mechanicsetc.
  • WorkdirectlywithC-UASengineerstosupportthedevelopment,testinganddemonstrationofC-UASsystems.
  • WorkdirectlywiththeProductionteaminassemblingC-UASsystems.
  • WorkdirectlywithProgramManagementprovidingassistancewhereneeded.
  • Resolveproductorserviceproblemsbydeterminingthecauseoftheproblem;selectingandexplainingthebestsolutiontosolvetheproblem;expeditingcorrectionoradjustment;asitpertainstothemilitaryfieldenvironment
  • Buildsustainablerelationshipsoftrustthroughopenandinteractivecommunication
