Job Description
The Role
We are actively seeking FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilots to join our contract field team. You will work alongside our visual data capture crew to capture high-quality aerial imagery and video for our commercial business serving customers who are creating real estate listings, active construction sites, and commercial marketing projects. Full training is provided on our 4D Visual System and the Matterport Pro3 platform.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Execute aerial photography and videography missions for residential and commercial real estate, construction progress documentation, and commercial marketing projects
โ€ข Conduct pre-flight planning, site assessments, airspace checks, and risk analysis for each assignment
โ€ข Coordinate on-site with our photography team and clients for seamless, efficient shoots
โ€ข Maintain full compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations, controlled airspace protocols, and all applicable federal and local laws
โ€ข Capture high-quality aerial photos and video per client specs - stills, cinematic video, and mapping passes as required
โ€ข Perform post-flight equipment inspections and maintain accurate flight logs
โ€ข Apply the Celebration OnPoint 4D Visual System methodology for consistent, branded deliverables
โ€ข Operate Matterport Pro for 3D capture integration when required
โ€ข Upload and organize raw files per company naming and delivery standards promptly after each shoot

โ€ข Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate - required
โ€ข Demonstrated commercial drone operations experience (real estate, construction, or marketing preferred)
โ€ข Portfolio of aerial work demonstrating quality, consistency, and professionalism
โ€ข Reliable, well-maintained drone equipment (DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Air 3, or equivalent preferred)
โ€ข Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across the greater Collin, Grayson, and Dallas County area
โ€ข Professional communication skills and a client-ready demeanor on-site
โ€ข Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as job schedules require
โ€ข Must carry or be willing to obtain appropriate liability insurance as an independent contractor

โ€ข Experience with DJI drone platforms and associated apps (DJI Fly, DJI GO 4, DroneDeploy)

Benefits
Compensation
$150 - $300 per project/day, based on project scope, deliverables, and complexity. Rates increase with demonstrated performance and volume. As our client base grows, consistent contractors will have access to a steady pipeline of work.
