Job description

Bestway Ag is looking for its next Drone Division Manager. This person will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Drone Division. This role is critical to driving strategic growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will lead a growing team, manage key vendor relationships, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative drone solutions that support both customer success and company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, state agricultural requirements, and application guidelines
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the drone division, including service offerings, market expansion, and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with drone manufacturers
  • Negotiate pricing and agreements with manufacturers to maximize return on investment
  • Develop and support marketing programs for drone dealers
  • Oversee ordering and inventory management of drone parts and components
  • Coordinate with international brokers on shipping logistics and incoming equipment
  • Manage open orders and ensure timely fulfillment of drone-related products
  • Maintain accurate and competitive pricing for drones, parts, and components
  • Schedule and coordinate staff for demonstrations, field events, and trade shows

Qualifications:
