Summary of Position
We are seeking qualified individuals to be a part of our growing Team. A successful Drone Services Operator in our company is responsible, reliable, enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and safe. They will have a good work ethic, good communication skills, plenty of common sense, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
This position requires daily interface with potential and current customers, so an upbeat nature and excellent communication skills are essential. As an integral part of our company, the right candidate will strike a balance between efficiently communicating solutions to customers while also being empathetic to customers' needs.
Some weekend work and travel are required. Prior residential or commercial exterior cleaning experience and drone flight operations are a plus, but not mandatory.
Position Responsibilities
โ€ข Consult existing customers to help them perform service jobs.
โ€ข Train existing customers on how to perform drone cleaning safely, efficiently, and effectively.
โ€ข Perform drone cleaning demos for prospective customers.
โ€ข Travel to different job sites to perform drone cleaning services.
โ€ข Execute each job, demo, and/or training in a timely manner and be the best example of our company to our customers
โ€ข Ensure that the necessary cleaning and drone equipment is working properly to perform the job at hand.
โ€ข Operate drones, soft washing and pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces.
โ€ข Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
โ€ข Build relationships with new customers to drive repeat business.
โ€ข Participate in customer support calls and troubleshooting.
โ€ข Represent yourself professionally around customers and on job sites.
โ€ข Maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of adversity.
โ€ข Perform duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
โ€ข High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
โ€ข Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
โ€ข Great communication and collaboration skills.
โ€ข Keen attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.
โ€ข Previous drone experience preferred.
