About the Role:
The Field Operation Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities within the organization to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. This position is responsible for managing teams, coordinating workflows, and implementing process improvements that drive productivity and customer satisfaction in the Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine areas. The supervisor will serve as a key liaison between management and frontline staff, facilitating communication and resolving operational challenges promptly. By monitoring performance metrics and enforcing safety protocols, the Operation Supervisor ensures that all operational goals are met while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall success and growth of the organization by maintaining smooth and effective operations.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technician in the Comcast Field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and workflow management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility with local travel to help support customers and field technicians
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
