Job Summary
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of field marketing programs across assigned business lines and markets. This role translates marketing strategy into high-quality, on-the-ground activations that drive client engagement, support banker relationship development, and contribute to pipeline growth.
The Field Marketing Manager owns program delivery from planning through execution and performance tracking, ensuring all initiatives are on-brand, on-budget, and aligned to business priorities. This role partners closely with business line stakeholders and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver consistent, measurable market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Execution & Campaign Management
  • Execute end-to-end field marketing programs across channels including events, sponsorships, digital activations, and thought leadership distribution.

  • Own and manage the field marketing calendar for assigned business lines, ensuring consistent and strategic market presence.

  • Coordinate all program logistics including vendors, venues, budgets, materials, and communications from planning through post-event execution.

  • Partner with Creative and Content teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials aligned to program objectives.

  • Manage multiple concurrent programs with strong attention to detail and execution quality.

Banker Enablement & Business Line Support
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned business lines, managing intake, communication, and execution alignment.

  • Ensure bankers are equipped with effective marketing programs and materials to support client engagement and pipeline development.

  • Support preparation of presentations and updates for business line leadership and field teams.

  • Participate in business line meetings to communicate program plans, status, and outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to align marketing support with pipeline priorities and market activity.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and report on program performance including attendance, engagement, and banker utilization.

  • Develop regular reporting summaries with insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring alignment with approved spend and flagging variances.

  • Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate and consistent data capture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, Brand, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and execution quality.

  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all programs and materials meet regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with peer Field Marketing Managers to ensure consistency and share best practices across markets.

  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.

  • Analyzes and resolves problems.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum experience required: 6+ Years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, B2B marketing, or related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end marketing programs with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industry.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, event platforms, and marketing analytics tools.

  • Experience in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments.
