As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll lead our field marketing team while driving lead generation through shows, events, retail partnerships, and community marketing. You'll recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing Field Marketers, ensuring every event is executed with excellence and every team member is equipped to succeed. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building winning teams, developing future leaders, and delivering measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Marketers to achieve market goals.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Drive lead generation, demo, and sales performance across your market.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including Leads, Demos, Sales, Cost of Marketing (COM), Event ROI, and Appointment Quality.
  • Oversee the execution of shows, retail programs, and community marketing events.
  • Partner with the Event Coordinator to identify and execute high-performing event opportunities.
  • Ensure company systems, customer information, and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous development.
