Description
Do you love working in food service? Anderson Farms is currently hiring several Concessions Team Leads for our Fall Festival. This job will perform a variety of cooking and non-cooking tasks for guests and staff, customer service, cashier and assist with inventory. Position may begin early September and will end in early November 2026.
Work Thursday through Sunday from September 23 through October 31, with flexible day, evening, and night shifts available.
Additional shifts are available Monday through Friday beginning September 8 through September 22.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Managing Staff including position assignments, shift changes, and scheduling lunches and breaks.
  • Set up of concessions barn and tear down at the end of Fall Festival
  • Food prep, inventory management
  • Following all safety and food regulations.
  • Assist with deliveries, labeling and dating products.
  • Assist with concessions related customer service when necessary
  • Stocking, cleaning, and cashiering

Requirements
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoy working with the public.
  • Neat, clean, energetic, reliable, punctual, and honest.
  • At least 18 years old by September 1st, 2026.
  • Some positions require proof of a valid driver's license upon employment offer.
  • Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms.
  • Requirement to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and sit regularly.
  • Working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Specific vision abilities needed: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • The position may involve lifting and/or moving up to 60 pounds.
  • Moderate to high noise level.
  • Consistently able to communicate with customers.

Additional Skills We are Looking For But Aren't Required:
  • Management experience
  • At least one season working for Fall Festival
  • Food service experience
  • Kitchen management experience
  • Serve Safe Certification
