Job description

Anderson Farms is looking for Seasonal Office Support Staff for our Fall Festival!

Office Support Staff are the communication hub of the farm, providing administrative support while assisting guests, employees, and managers throughout the day. This position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have successfully completed at least one previous Fall Festival season at Anderson Farms.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.

  • Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Providing accurate information to guests, vendors, and employees regarding farm attractions, policies, and operations.

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, organizing documents, and other general office duties.

  • Communicating with managers and staff to relay messages and support daily operations.

  • Maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.

  • Assisting with additional office and operational tasks as assigned.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service.
