Job description

Anderson Farms is looking for Seasonal Information Booth Team Members for our Fall Festival!

The Information Booth is the hub of guest services at Anderson Farms. Team members play an important role in ensuring guests have a positive experience by providing accurate information, assisting with guest needs, and supporting communication throughout the farm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and answering questions about farm attractions, activities, schedules, and policies.

  • Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service while assisting a high volume of guests.

  • Making announcements over the farm intercom system as needed.

  • Managing the Lost & Found, including documenting, organizing, and returning lost items when possible.

  • Checking radios in and out to staff members at the beginning and end of each shift and maintaining radio inventory.

  • Communicating with managers and other departments via radio.

  • Assisting guests with directions, accessibility information, and other general inquiries.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming Information Booth.

  • Performing other guest service duties as assigned to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, strong organizational skills, and confidence in handling multiple tasks while interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment.
