In order to strengthen our Sales team we are looking to hire a Sales Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.  

In this position you will be reponsible for driving sales growth through hands-on operational activities and direct engagement with dealers. This role combines strategic sales planning with day-to-day execution, focusing on building strong dealer relationships, increasing market penetration, and achieving revenue targets.

As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with dealers to maximize sales performance and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular visits, calls, and meetings with dealers to support sell-in and sell-out activities.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives at dealer level to increase volume and market share.
  • Monitor dealer performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide operational support to dealers, including product training, pricing guidance, and merchandising support.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Collect market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

In order to succeed in this challenging role Bachelor's degree with strong related experience. 3-5 years' experience in luxury automobile market.

The following skills are required to perform the role: Excellent customer relations skills. Excellent leadership and negotiation skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good understanding of dealer ownership/automotive business retail model. Well-rounded background in sales and marketing and dealer business management and analysis. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment. Must have strong work ethic and integrity. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
