This role is ideal for someone established in their career who can e nhance the luxury ownership experience through strategic marketing initiatives while nurturing client relationships and amplifying the Ferrari brand.
The Marketing Manager role is responsible for elevating the Ferrari ownership experience through creative, strategic, and highly intentional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury branding, highly creative in execution, and focused on strengthening engagement with both prosp ective and current clients while amplifying the Ferrari brand.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role blending business development, event execution, and brand storytelling to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
  • Generate new business for the sales and service departments.
  • Achieve all marketings sales goals and KPIs set outlined by the manufacturer
  • Build consistent and long term relationships with the client base.
  • Collaborate closely with management to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives
  • Lead the planning and coordination of dealership and brand events including vehicle launches, client experiences, test drive events, rallies, sponsored events, and internal team activations.
  • Manage all event logistics including venue coordination, vendor communication, menu planning, guest list management, and event timelines.
  • Coordinate event materials including signage, printed collateral, branded items, and event supplies.
  • Oversee the RSVP management, guest tracking, and registration processes for events.
  • Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure vehicles, display areas, and event layouts are properly prepared.
  • Support off-site vehicle displays and sponsored events, including logistics, signage, and coordination with event organizers.
  • Provide on-site event support, including setup, event flow management, and breakdown.
  • Manage tracking event budgets and vendor invoices to ensure alignment with marketing budgets.
  • Coordinate photography and videography coverage for events.
  • Compile post-event recaps and performance reports, including attendance, engagement, photos, and KPIs.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and ownership experiences.
  • Maintain organized documentation of event plans, contracts, and recaps.
  • Communicate event timelines and logistics with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Concierge clients through booking experiences and at times being the on-site contact.
  • Work directly with internal team to ensure all digital strategies align with the OEM and store level objectives.
  • Assist with CRM management to ensure alignment between Tekion and OEM reporting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and present performance reporting tied to business goals
  • Reports to the Experiential Marketing Manager for indiGO Auto Group.

The Opportunity Is For You If You Have
  • 3+ Years in Luxury Retail or Hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of performance
  • Sales background a plus
  • Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, offsite
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with deep understanding of marketing strategies
  • Demonstrate ability to build brand awareness and execute marketing and business plans
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check

Pay range for this role is: 120k + Commission structure
