Summary  
Ferrari of Central New Jersey is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. As a Pre-owned Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our preowned vehicle offerings match the elevated standards of our elite clientele. Responsibilities  
Lead and manage the preowned vehicle department with a commitment to discretion and excellence.  
Oversee the curation and presentation of our preowned vehicle collection to match the highline standards our clients expect.  
Collaborate with buyers to ensure access to the most exclusive preowned vehicles.  
Establish and maintain relationships with exclusive suppliers and collectors.  
Monitor department performance, ensuring client satisfaction and financial objectives are met.  
Maintain meticulous records and documentation while upholding strict confidentiality.  
Develop and implement department policies and procedures that match the highline standards our clients expect.  
Manage department budgets and financial goals while upholding the highest ethical standards.  
  
  
 
Qualifications  
Minimum of 5 years of experience in highline preowned automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.    
Proven leadership and team management skills.  
An understanding of the highline preowned market and the ability to discreetly curate an exclusive collection.  
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities while maintaining strict confidentiality.  
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with a focus on efficient and discreet operations.  
A track record of achieving and exceeding high-performance standards.  
A passion for excellence, a commitment to discretion, and a deep understanding of the needs of the most discerning clientele.
