Job description

In order to strengthen our Logistic team we are looking to hire a Wholesale processes & Orders Management Specialist, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.   

In this position you will be reponsible manage vehicle production management and vehicle wholesale for U.S., Canada, and South America dealership network.  Responsible for order call and vehicle invoice processes.  Provide dealer support related to vehicle configuration, order call, and vehicle invoicing. 

As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage FNA order call process including allocation rollout and vehicle order progression, with regions and dealers
  • Assist internal departments with demo vehicle configuration and order insertion
  • Coordinate order configuration error resolution with Regional Teams and Headquarters
  • Monitor order call status with regions and Headquarters
  • Responsible for ensuring the Vehicle Car Configurator is in place at all dealerships and updated for current vehicle range
  • Monitor orders for configuration changes and respond to dealer requests
  • Coordinate personalization requests with the Showroom and Headquarters
  • Responsible for completing vehicle wholesale process, including vehicle invoicing and vehicle window label creation
  • Track and wholesale vehicles on the VLL
  • Support internal vehicle defleet sales including vehicle pricing, auction site listing, and vehicle invoicing
  • Coordinate Latin America vehicle production and vehicle wholesale with Regional Manager, FNA Finance, and Factory Logistics
  • Responsible for all analytical functions related to order call and wholesale reporting
  • Responsible for submitting ICT tickets for system errors (as needed) to enable orders productibility and progression

In order to succeed in this challenging role Bachelor's degree in the related field. 2+ years logistics experience or other relevant business experience. Experience in Logistics Planning and/or Sales Operations preferred. 

The following skills are required to perform the role: Must have excellent customer relations skills. Understanding of the automotive industry preferred. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to anticipate problems before they occur. General vehicle and product knowledge. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Must have strong work ethic and integrity. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Bi-lingual in either English/Italian, English/Spanish, or English/Portuguese is a plus.
