Receptionist / Sales Administrator (Full Time) - Ferrari Pasadena

Proven Experience in a Receptionist, Sales or Administrative Role Required
Prior Experience within a Luxury Automotive Environment is Highly Desirable.
$60,000 - $70,000 Annually Based on Experience

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and impeccably organized Receptionist/Sales Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our clientele. Responsibilities: 

  • Warmly welcome and assist clients with the highest standard of professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage incoming calls with poise, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for the sales team.
  • Prepare and process contract signings and related documentation.
  • Coordinate the submission of DMV paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process sales transactions and provide accurate, timely administrative support.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry in MODIS and other dealership systems.
  • Maintain a reception area that reflects the elegance and standards of the Ferrari brand.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports and other administrative duties as needed.


What We're Looking for:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist, sales or administrative capacity
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined, client-first demeanor
  • A warm, welcoming presence paired with sharp attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong multitasking abilities and sound judgment in prioritizing competing demands
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skill
  • High school diploma or equivalent
