Job Description

Aramark Sports + Entertainment seeks an accomplished hospitality leader to serve as Senior Director of  Premium Services - Fenway Park. This role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for premium hospitality experiences across suites, clubs, restaurants, and catering operations throughout the New England District.

The Senior Director will partner closely with operations, culinary, and client leadership teams to elevate service standards, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in premium hospitality operations with strong business acumen, successfully balancing operational excellence, client relationships, and premium experiences.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $140,000.00 to $145,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

PREMIUM OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP

  • Provide strategic oversight and support for premium services operations and including suites, clubs, restaurants, and catering sales and operations.
  • Ensure consistent execution of premium hospitality.
  • Develop and implement operational best practices that enhance guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Conduct operational reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead service excellence initiatives that elevate the overall premium guest experience.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to create integrated premium hospitality experiences.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting standards to measure operational success and guest satisfaction.

TRAINING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop and implement training programs focused on premium service delivery, leadership development, and operational excellence.
  • Coach and mentor premium operations leaders, catering managers, and sales professionals.
  • Foster a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, guest engagement, and continuous improvement.

CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Support the retention and growth of client relationships through operational excellence and proactive partnership.

LEADERSHIP & BUSINESS ACUMEN

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence business decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience driving operational improvements and implementing best practices.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in premium hospitality, restaurants, catering, food and beverage operations, or related hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading premium dining, catering operations and sales, and guest experience operations.
  • Experience supporting both operational execution and revenue generating sales functions.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality service standards, event execution, and premium guest engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience within sports, entertainment, convention center, hotel, or hospitality environments.
  • Background in premium dining, catering sales, and event management.
  • Experience supporting premium hospitality concepts, luxury experiences, or high-profile events.
  • Experience working in a union environment.
