The salary range for this position is $81,900 - $102,400 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. SUMMARY

The Associate Manager, Paid Media is responsible for supporting full funnel paid media strategies for the Fenty NA business. This role will focus on driving demand generation, scalable revenue, and acquisition strategies for full funnel media, performance marketing, and NA retail media. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of paid media best practices and demonstrate the ability to balance analytical and tactical skills with creative storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Manage media campaigns and projects and oversee execution across all channels (e.g., Paid Media, Paid Social, Paid Search, etc.) to support customer and revenue growth.
  • Manage outline of requirements and needs for all activations, owned and retailer campaigns, and launches; ensure all are received on schedule and are organized, routed for necessary approvals, and sent to agency for on-time delivery of all needs.
  • Manage overall media activation calendar and roadmap; manage identified projects from start to finish to ensure success of delivery and performance.
  • Support and brief creative and messaging needs for best-in-class ads, partnering with creative, copy, marketing teams, and global brand stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a media agency on overall channel project management and monitoring KPIs to hit channel goals, keeping a pulse on business trends and suggesting shifts to optimize.
  • Assist in developing integrated, 360-degree activation plans for key Fenty campaigns, launches, and ongoing support, providing recommendations based on best practices, campaign needs, and global Fenty brand objectives.
  • Contribute to a continuous test and learn roadmap, iterating on learnings to inform ongoing optimization and improvement, sharing insights with global partners.
  • Support QA for all ad previews and placements pre-launch, ensuring proper functionality and visual correctness.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Contribute to regular reporting on Fenty channel performance, highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement to digital, cross-functional, and global Fenty teams.
  • Analyze performance and retailer KPIs on an ongoing basis to drive optimizations and ensure campaigns are maximizing performance and hitting goals for the Fenty brand.
  • Own larger 360 channel and campaign reporting for review and insights, sharing with North America and global Fenty teams.

Budget & Invoicing

  • Assist in managing Fenty paid media spend against budget, optimizing investment and strategies to balance efficiency and goals.
  • Support the tracking and processing of Fenty paid media invoices in a timely manner for financial schedules.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Innovation

  • Partner with marketing, social, and creative teams, as well as global Fenty brand partners, to identify creative opportunities for paid media channels.
  • Emulate a culture of innovation, sharing ideas and identifying/vetting new growth channel opportunities to test for the Fenty brand, considering global applicability.
  • Stay informed on paid media trends and performance, sharing insights with team leadership, cross-functional partners, and global Fenty stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution across regions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of paid media experience (eCommerce, retail, and/or DTC preferred), with demonstrated success driving results across multiple brands, platforms, and budgets.
  • Understanding of current industry changes/pivots & experiencing navigating and pivoting through them.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to bubble up insights and trends in a concise, shareable manner.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and analytics tools and technology (MMM, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships. Experience also with internal channel execution preferred.
  • Able to balance creative and analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed.
  • Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments, demonstrating strong self-drive, accountability, and the ability to function independently while being an effective team player.
  • Ability to manage to the bigger picture but also willing to roll up their sleeves and dig in - no task is too small mentality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment & comfortable with navigating through ambiguity.
  • BA/BS in a technical field from a leading university.
