Position Summary

The Jamba General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the store, including operations, guest experience, sales growth, and financial results. This role leads, develops, and motivates a team of Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers while ensuring brand excellence and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful management experience
  • Direct P&L responsibility
  • Current ServSafe certification required, or is able to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail or restaurant environment
  • Experience supervising hourly and management-level staff
  • Hospitality, retail, or restaurant experience preferred
  • Background in nutrition is a plus
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions and influence others effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
