Job description

We are looking for a FCA Certified Service Technician to join our team!

The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and FCA training.

Our technicians regularly turn 150-200+ hours a month with a performance bonus on top of flat-rate pay.  

This is a long term position with a company that is growing.

  • Flexible Work Schedule, offer 4-10 or 5-8 schedule with one Saturday every 2 months

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer repair procedures

  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification recommended, FCA training and background required

  • Previous FCA dealer experience required

  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Positive attitude, along with an eagerness to train and grow your skills

  • Team oriented with ability to collaborate with others effectively

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
