Job description

Faithful Home Care Solutions is seeking dependable, flexible caregivers to join our Rapid Response Team. This role is ideal for caregivers who want additional hours, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to earn extra bonuses by covering urgent or same-day shifts.

When other caregivers call out, you’ll step in to ensure our clients are never left without care. Work when you want, pick up extra shifts, and earn bonus pay for urgent cases!

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Response Coverage

  • Accept and respond to same-day or short-notice shifts

  • Arrive on time and prepared to deliver care

  • Be available for urgent staffing needs when contacted

Client Care

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing

  • Toileting and incontinence care

  • Mobility and transfers

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Provide medication reminders (non-medical)

Availability Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of caregiving experience required

  • Willing to accept same-day or next-day shifts

  • Flexible availability preferred (days, evenings, overnight, weekends)

  • Reliable transportation required (must have your own car) to travel within the assigned service areas

  • Must be open to urgent shifts with short notice

  • Must provide true availability (number of hours per week, preferred days/times)

Urgent Shift Bonus Pay

Scenario

Same-day shift | Bonus $25

< 4 hours notice | Bonus $35–$50

Overnight emergency | Bonus $50–$75

Fast Response (accept shift within 10 minutes) | Bonus +$10
