Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

As an Alarm Monitoring Operator and Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Monitor, and respond to alarm activations, perform camera verifications, access control and fire monitoring services
  • Dispatch emergency responders, such as police, fire nod medical personnel
  • Provide timely agency to agency communications and support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to those we serve
  • Provide administrative support


Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of Age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Must be able to obtain Sheriffs License and Pass All Backgrounds.
  • 100% Drug/Alcohol and Smoke Free Work Environment
  • Must be Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Excellent Written and Spoken Communications Skills
  • Our Monitoring Center is open 24/7, scheduled shifts will include nights, weekends and holidays,- you must be able to work any assigned shift.
  • Strong Computer, Administrative, and Customer Service Skills
