Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
  • Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep, and stock BOH inventory.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have availability to work 5:00 PM - Close with Friday and Saturday availability.
  • No experience required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
