Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an energetic, culinary-driven Executive Chef 2 to join our leadership team at Foundation Medicine's state-of-the-art corporate campus in Boston, MA.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented chef who enjoys a highly visible, hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences across retail dining and elevated catering services.

What You'll Do

As theExecutive Chef 2, you will partner closely with the Executive Chef 4 to support all culinary operations across the campus. This leadership role is approximately 80% hands-on, making it ideal for a chef who loves being in the kitchen, developing teams, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of all culinary operations
  • Assisting with menu development, recipe execution, and culinary innovation
  • Playing a key role in a growing, high-end catering and conference services program
  • Managing purchasing, inventory control, and product ordering
  • Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of 6 hourly culinary employees
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation
  • Ensuring efficient production and execution across multiple service areas
