  • Develop new platform relationships while deepening engagement with existing partners to drive greater promotional support and revenue opportunities.
  • Pitch new release and catalog titles to platform partners.
  • Secure promotional support, editorial placements, merchandising opportunities, and marketing activations.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives across assigned accounts through proactive partner outreach and account management.
  • Track performance of promotional campaigns and recommend future opportunities based on results.
  • Achieve revenue goals through a combination of relationship management, promotional execution, and business development activities.
  • Manage title availability submissions (EMA avails) and maintain accurate content availability across distribution partners.
  • Coordinate title launches, release schedules, and platform deadlines with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of windows, availability dates, promotional schedules, and platform requirements.
  • Work closely with Operations and Content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and metadata.
  • Monitor platform readiness and resolve issues impacting title availability or launch execution.
  • Analyze title performance, promotional activity, and account trends using platform reporting tools and internal data sources.
  • Develop reports and business reviews highlighting revenue performance, promotional effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance against objectives and identify opportunities for incremental revenue.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Content Acquisitions teams to align on release priorities and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with quarterly business reviews, annual account reviews, and partner presentations.
  • Support evaluation of expiring licensing agreements and provide platform performance insights to inform renewal discussions.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars and ensure internal alignment around key release milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence external partners, and represent Cineverse in partner-facing environments.
  • 3-7 years of experience in digital distribution, digital media sales, account management, content licensing, or platform partnerships within the entertainment industry.
  • Experience working with digital distribution platforms across TVOD, AVOD, FAST, and/or SVOD ecosystems.
  • Experience managing content availabilities (EMA avails preferred), release schedules, and distribution workflows.
  • Experience working with Rightsline or similar rights management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple titles, deadlines, partner requests, and promotional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area and willing to regularly meet with platform partners in person.
