We produce Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Milan, Paris, Los Angeles, Miami Swim, and Dallasputting emerging and established designers, brands, and sponsors on high-impact stages. Each event reaches 3,00015,000+ in person and millions digitally.

The Role

Run full-cycle deals with designers, sponsors, and fashion-adjacent brandsfrom first touch to signed contractwhile protecting a luxury brand voice. You'll work a strong inbound stream and run targeted outbound when needed to fill your calendar and hit bigger months.

You Will
  • Work and close inbound from paid, PR, and social funnels; prioritize same-day first touch.
  • Run elite discovery map goals match the right Fashion Week package across cities.
  • Drive the full cycle: qualify present close handoff with white-glove onboarding.
  • Hunt, smartly: execute targeted outbound (up to ~10%) into high-fit designers/sponsors to backfill gaps and drive upsell/multi-event bundles.
  • Operate tight in HubSpot: next steps, notes, forecast you can defend.
  • Follow up with precision across email/SMS/call/social to maximize show rates and fill inventory.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and partnerships to keep experiences seamless.
