The team leads innovative design efforts focused on toddler, infant, and newborn apparel, combining expertise in visual communication, trend forecasting, and product development. They drive the creation of high-quality, market-aligned collections by integrating customer insights, advanced design tools, and strategic storytelling. Collaborating cross-functionally, the team ensures cohesive brand expression and operational excellence throughout the design process. They emphasize continuous improvement, leveraging data and technology to enhance efficiency and product appeal.
