Job Description:
Summary
To own, develop and drive the Multisource business within a Country / Region. To own and implement the marketing & sales strategy for Multisource in the Country / Region, working in a matrix with other region organizations, drive profitable sales and market share growth. Responsible for Multisource products
What You Will Be Doing:
Push/Drives Multisource products towards customer Market:
  • Deliver profitable Multisource market share gains on her/his region
  • On her/his region: gets the list of key customers from Sales, maintain a pipeline of Multisource quoting on her/his region.
  • Support sales department to build a strategy using information on customer (DTAM data, AVL, competition, service need etc...)
  • Define a complete package offer by mobilizing ARROW resources in PM, Logistic, Operations, Digital etc...
  • Supports Sales with a supplier price strategy for the final customer offer
  • Supports Sales in the final offer presentation & customer negotiations

Product/Market expert role (Power, Small Signal Discretes, Analog, Logic...). On one of these technologies be the leader to:
  • Build market data (Data base for price...)
  • Build market intelligence & provide other Standard Product Development Managers with a synthetic document to address each technology
  • Develop relationship with key suppliers
  • Is a resource to PGM of the same technology
  • Builds relationship with similar functions in other continents (link EMEA, America and ASIA)
  • Drive SEMI Multisource Quote Conversion through the Sales Organization
  • Drive Non-Demand Creation SEMI Multisource projects and Sales through the Organization
  • Drive and Support RSMs to deploy a proactive SEMI Multisource Selling
  • Developing compelling messages and executing winning programmes that reinforce Arrow as the #1 choice for Multisource
  • Developing and implementing financial and logistics programmes to enable sales to both win market share and improve our overall results
  • Developing a cost expertise knowledge in the Product Management Organization
  • Developing and maintaining a price/margin guidance system for her/his region
  • Active member of the Country / Region management team
  • Implement & execute supplier strategy and programmes within the region and participates to their definition
    • Participate actively in regional initiatives when applicable, influencing Marketing and Sales strategies
  • Forge strategic and influential supplier relationships at all levels to pro-actively drive:
    • TAM to DTAM
    • Preferential and exclusive programmes
    • Network changes
    • Driving the organization to win Multisource components business
  • Participate to Regional QBR process supplier business plans development
  • Work alongside regional managers to train, enable and develop the sales teams
  • Act as positive spokesperson for the region both internally and externally

  • This role is part of an 80/20 split-only the base pay is listed in the job description

Work Arrangement: This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home.
