Fascia Centers LLC is seeking a full-time Fascia Release Specialist to deliver hands-on fascia care and help clients move with comfort and confidence.
Position Summary
The Fascia Release Specialist provides in-clinic, client-focused sessions aimed at supporting mobility, comfort, and overall movement quality. This role combines hands-on skill, clinical intuition, consistent technique, clear communication, and a welcoming client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform fascia release sessions according to established clinical protocols and session goals
Conduct pre-session intake and brief assessments to understand client concerns, mobility limitations, and goals
Communicate clearly with clients about what you notice during sessions, what you would continue working on, and any recommended next steps
Explain session plans clearly, set expectations, and maintain a supportive, professional client experience
Recommend appropriate care plans, packages, or home-care guidance when relevant
Document client progress and session notes in accordance with clinic standards
Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment and follow safety and sanitation practices
Contribute to a respectful, supportive, team-based clinic environment
Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide clients during sessions
Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Demonstrated commitment to client safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and respectful conduct
Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC on a full-time basis
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow a structured clinical method
A strong service mindset and genuine interest in helping clients feel better in their bodies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering hands-on bodywork, massage therapy, soft-tissue work, or therapeutic treatment in a professional setting
Training or certification related to bodywork, soft-tissue therapy, massage therapy, or movement-based care
Experience working with a wide range of clients and adapting techniques to individual needs
Familiarity with intake forms, basic assessments, progress tracking, and client care planning
Experience contributing to a collaborative, professional clinic environment
