Job description

The Grout Doctor of Oakland (5 Star YELP rated and serving the bay area since 1993) is looking for a person who is self-motivated, can work completely independently, has good customer service and mechanical skills.

Work responsibilities:

Tile re-grouting, re-caulking, cleaning, sealing and grout staining and some tile repair

 Qualifications include:

Must be punctual and dependable (we at the GD of Oakland, pride ourselves in always being on-time, if you are a naturally late person, this is not the job for you)

Able to work completely independently

An eye for detail and pride in your work.

Good people skills (the only way we keep our excellent reputation is by knowing how to talk to clients)

Problem solving skills

Able to read and follow directions

Smart phone and or map reading skills

DEPENDABLE, CLEAN LOOKING, LATE MODEL VEHICLE WITH PROOF OF INSURANCE to work in daily (having a clean vehicles shows clients that you will also be clean and detail oriented in their home)

Available to work AT LEAST Monday through Friday but be available for occasional night and weekend commercial jobs

Clean cut appearance but most Tatoo's ok

Excellent driving record

Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds of supplies and or equipment into your vehicle

 Recommended Experience:

Benefits:

The pay for this position is 13.00 per hour during training and then once fully trained the salary is  calculated as a percentage of the job, starting at 20% (with a $65/day minimum) and growing to 25% over time.  Your jobs
will be booked for you so there are no sales for you to do and the average days jobs run between 200.00 and 1,000.00 er day.
