Job Description:

As the Lead/Foreman Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Your duties will include:

• Leading and supervising a team of painters
• Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming
• Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed on-site
• Coordinating with clients and project managers to meet deadlines and specifications
• Conducting quality control inspections and touch-ups as needed
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
• Completing Daily Reports

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a lead or foreman painter
