Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls and assist clients with policy questions and changes
  • Manage records and policy updates using Microsoft CRM
  • Gather client information and support the quote-building process
  • Prepare documentation in advance of appointments
  • Support office marketing via social media, local events, and advertising
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry

Requirements
  • Friendly, professional, and upbeat both in person and on the phone
  • Detail-oriented and able to adapt to shifting daily priorities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in insurance is helpful but not required
  • Property & Casualty license required
