Position SummaryThe General Labor - Farm Maintenance role is vital in keeping our farms safe, clean, and ready for harvest. You'll work outdoors in a hands-on role that directly supports our ability to provide fresh, organic produce.
What You'll DoMaintain fields by weeding, picking up rocks/foreign objects, and cleaning trenches prior to harvest.
Support transplanting activities as needed.
Assist with general upkeep, including cleaning the farm and installing fences.
Follow all company policies and food safety requirements.
Perform additional farm maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 months of agricultural experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather (heat, cold, wind).
Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
