Position Summary

The General Labor - Farm Maintenance role is vital in keeping our farms safe, clean, and ready for harvest. You'll work outdoors in a hands-on role that directly supports our ability to provide fresh, organic produce.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain fields by weeding, picking up rocks/foreign objects, and cleaning trenches prior to harvest.

  • Support transplanting activities as needed.

  • Assist with general upkeep, including cleaning the farm and installing fences.

  • Follow all company policies and food safety requirements.

  • Perform additional farm maintenance tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of agricultural experience.

  • Must be 18 years or older.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather (heat, cold, wind).

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
